I really like the practicality and versatility of the Ston-O-max. In the three weeks of use on my abdominal area, I could really see and feel the difference. It also helped me apply heat and stimulation to my neck area when I pulled a muscle just a few days after I received the Ston-O-Max. Since 1994 I've had an EMS machine that I used for toning and strengthening my abdominal muscles. However, I tend to use the Ston-O-Max more regularly because it does not have all those self-adhesive pads that need to be reordered from time to time. It is also much easier to apply to the areas of focus.

It worked for only a couple of weeks then it stopped working. Also, it does make a noise at high speed. It needs a lot of improvement. I have tried 3 different ones and I quit using them.
