This knife was a replacement for the same knife which was lost. It is small, comfortable and holds a sharp edge. We now have three of this item and we use them daily.

It stays sharp for a long time, reasonably easy to re-sharpen and it's lightweight. It has an ergonomically refined handle but best of all, it's cheap.
