Very easy to use and yields good results. The diamond "stones" cut fast using only water. The progression of grades is well chosen. The aligner accomodates a variety of different knives. Gives results similar to the Lansky kit, but neater (no oil) and faster cutting, especially on stainless steel. My only complaint is that the plastic aligner is flexible enough that it's difficult to get the angle the same each time.
