Christopher L. from Corvallis, ORI bought this, along with an adapter, to power an iPod or Cell phone while in a car or boat. While the Brunton company advertised that their adapter would fit "any brunton solar panel" there was seemingly no way to connect this adapter of theirs. A call to their company resulted in a free adapter being sent, but with no clear way of hooking that adapter to the said iPod or cell phone.
So, other than charging a 12 volt battery or hooking the cigarette lighter output to an inverter, I am at a loss as to charging an iPod or Cell phone, as advertised.
