But as a tool that does all the important stuff you need and can operate with one hand, it gets the extra point. The two tools I use the most are the knife blade and the light. The knife blade is far superior to those found on most multi-tools, and I can get it out with one hand while controlling the bucking boat or the tangled line with the other. The light is not my best flashlight, but it sure is great to have without carrying something else.
The screwdrivers are strong, but their shafts are so short the body of the tool is often in the way. Better than not being there though, and easy to push out.
The pliers are good for light work. When things are really stuck or of decent guage, you will wish you had your leatherman or a real set of pliers. But again, they're there in a handy package with a GREAT knife blade. It's all about the knife, and this is a BUCK blade.
It's not perfect, but it's pretty danged handy. I have a WAVE, and the Buck is the tool I wear every day.
