The RoadTrip Frywell Portable Fryer is portable so no cords needed, propane powered, operates from one 16.4 oz propane cylinder (sold separately). Family sized, large 6 qt. capacity basket holds up to 1 pound of your favorite food. Over-temperature shut-off sensor helps prevent overheating. Functional lid is spring-loaded, view through, vented, complete with latches to keep securely closed. Capable of 450°F cooking and fast recovery between batches with 6,000 BTU/hr (thermometer included; manual temperature control). Heavy duty plated steel basket resists corrosion, and handle folds down for storage. Durable and attractive high-gloss metallic-painted steel exterior resists weather and corrosion.
