I have owned my own copper bottom Revere 12 quart pot for over 35 years and absolutely love it still! This stockpot was given to my son-in-law as a wedding present--he cooks, my daughter doesn't! He absolutely loves it, especially for pasta!

I like the size of the stockpot, but was a little disappointed in the weight (or gauge) of the metal that Revere is using now. I have a set of the "old" Revere Ware, and they are much heavier. You have to be careful not to use too high of heat with the lighter weight/gauge pan.
