Product Description
High carbon stainless steel blades are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsman. A special tempering process is used to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again. The Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension. The Fibrox handles are slip resistant when wet for maximum safety and are NSF approved.
