Snap-on lid allows oil to be stored in the fryer to use again. Slotted scoop included.

Robyn J. from PennsylvaniaThis a very nice fryer. It heats the oil to just the right temperature and the optional divider is a great added bonus. Remove the divider for additional room to fry larger batches of food. I'm very please with this purchase and the seller that I bought it from. Having a removable lid to cover it during storage and a straining spoon to retrieve the hot food from the oil are both great features of this appliance.
