The vacuum arrived with more accessories than expected, seems really well-built, & does a great job of cleaning. It does take some getting used to - having to empty the water tank at the end, & also its not possible to totally empty it. The carpet attachment can get clogged with hair, requiring dismantling. Otherwise, great vacuum!

it is nicer than expected. I would say not your heavy duty piece of equipment and needs gentle care. Hair tangles around the roller and it could have a wee bit more suction power. A pleasant surprise was that all the attachments came with the vacuum even though they weren't mentioned in the online specs. This was important and if I had known they were included would have bought it sooner. Good buy for the price.
