I have 3 cats and they all love to sit on their comfy kitty-sill while they look out the window.

Choicing between its two mounting options - velcro strips (included) or screwing it into your window sill (which I would never desire to do)- the velcro mounting option does not hold and I find it constantly on the floor; falling off.
