This feeder is simply constructed of sturdy materials. With a large hanger and wide mouth, it's easy to take down and refill. Because of its substantial capacity, filling isn't required often. It is the best seed feeder I've ever owned.

Niki M. from San Antonio, TX

This is a great, tough feeder for sunflower seeds. I bought it for a replacement for one that "lived" to be 10 years old. One design flaw: It came with a rubber gasket around the top of the wire cage to form a sort of seal with the roof of the bird feeder, which was not firmly attached. It came off the first time I refilled the feeder and was hard to re-seat. I simply tossed the gasket (not a bad idea, but it should have been better designed). And one concern: My old feeder hung by a chain. This one hangs by a thin wire or slim cable wrapped in plastic. I worry that the cable will break.
