This axe features a forged steel head that offers surperior edge-retention. The Splitting Axe uses a Polymid fiberglass handle that holds the steel head securely. This axe comes with a sheath for safety when not in use. The Splitting Axe is covered by Gerber's limited Lifetime Warranty.
